Alpha Omega Venture Group represents the essence of business start-up and private equtiy deals.  We are experienced in tax, securities and other aspects of the structuring, formation and public offering or private placement of REIT interests, as well as their ongoing operations and governance. We also represent commercial and residential real estate developers and private investors in connection with the formation, private offering and investment of various types of private real estate debt and equity funds, including low income housing tax credit funds. We have a Real Estate Team as well as Consultants to represent REITs and other investment vehicles in the acquisition, development and disposition of their real estate assets.

Different Business Funding Options
Business funding comes in all shapes and sizes and your situation and capital needs are not the same as others.  After a consultation with one of our advisors, we can give you a better idea of the type and size of funding that would best suit your business and the type of investment partner that would help you the most such as angel investors, other venture capitalists like ourselves, and/or banks. There are two types of funding that we can advise on:

Equity Funding - This is the type of funding where you are exchanging equity in your business for the funding you require. This is very commonplace in a startup company. You will typically give up a percentage of your company so that your investors can own a piece of the action when your company grows.
Debt Funding - Debt funding is similar to the way you use a credit card today. Your credit card provider gives you a specific line of credit in exchange for a debt that is owed.  The challenge in debt financing is that it usually must be backed up with some sort of hard collateral.
